The Secret’s Out
Talay Sawan as it is affectionately known by the local residents, is the first luxury residential development in Bang Saray.
Occupying a unique and prime beachfront freehold location totaling some 17,600 m2, the project is prominently located
in the very heart of the fishing village.

The project is the brainchild of some very experienced European Developers who have teamed up with local Thai residential
professionals to produce, what is acclaimed to be, one of the most exciting residential projects in the region.
