Talay Sawan as it is affectionately known by the local residents, is the first luxury residential development in Bang Saray. Development Team
The financial strength of the Development Team has ensured that no external project financing is needed. Quality is also of paramount importance, the benchmark has been raised, and exciting new designs have been introduced.Phase 1, which is now completed, consisted of the entire infrastructure for the whole project, resulting in the completion of all internal roads, water, electricity, sewerage and telephone supplied to every plot, external boundary walls incorporating security office, landscaping of green areas incorporationg waterfalls and fountains, and the completion of six villas, including two show villas, now open to the public for viewing.Phase two is currently underway with the building of a further six Villas of which we have a new show villa complete and ready for viewing already.
